Die-casting operator wanted in Ofu

Join our team: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Ofu, Kogi State. You should have: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection On a typical shift you will assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
