The role involves carry the vehicle papers (RC, insurance, licence) on every run; update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app; ride the two-wheeler through city traffic to reach delivery addresses; follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times; scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading.
