UPVC welding machine operator — Rice County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Rice County, Kansas. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Day to day you will take site measurements of openings before fabrication; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter. 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
