Production welder — Lake County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production welder in Lake County, Montana. You will work on a structural steel site. Day-to-day duties: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
