Immediate opening: kitchen porter (Alaska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Bristol Bay Borough, Alaska. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time with occasional weekends.
