Now hiring: we are hiring a car painter in Onicha, Ebonyi State. The job is at a dealership paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
