Articulated lorry driver — Pickens County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Pickens County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays Requirements: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements 6+ years on the tools preferred.
