Bread baker • Jackson County, Oregon

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Jackson County, Oregon. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
