Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Beckham County, Oklahoma. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Day to day you will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; load and index turning tools in the turret; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
