Paint booth operator • Adams County, Iowa

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Adams County, Iowa. You will be based in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
