Prep cook • Nantucket County, Massachusetts

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Nantucket County, Massachusetts. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
