Vertical transportation technician — Antelope County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Antelope County, Nebraska. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces You will service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; run load and overload tests with test weights.
