Now hiring: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Lewis County, Idaho. Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Your main tasks: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges 2+ years on the tools preferred. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
