Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator in Franklin County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Day-to-day duties: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
