Restaurant steward — Clay County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Clay County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On the job you will handle: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
