Baker wanted in Cass County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Cass County, Illinois. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
