Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges The role involves write and edit G-code programs at the control; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed.
