Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Solano County, California. You will be based in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. You should have: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On a typical shift you will grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block.
