On a typical shift you will check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees.
