Head baker — Ford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Ford County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits.
