Metal caster — Montgomery County

Join our team: we are hiring a metal caster in Montgomery County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. You should have: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
