Pressman wanted in Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pressman in Jackson County, Indiana. You will be based at a garment factory. Day to day you will shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; give each garment a final press before packing; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Six days a week, one day off.
