Vacancy available: vertical milling machine operator (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Cooper County, Missouri. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Full-time, day shift.
