The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Part-time with flexible hours.
