Quality control inspector — Ada County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Ada County, Idaho. You will work at a food processing unit. On the job you will handle: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols 3+ years on the tools preferred.
