Now hiring: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Keya Paha County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Six days a week, one day off.
