Shuttering carpenter — Gaya

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Gaya, Kano State. On the job you will handle: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Full-time with occasional weekends.
