Surface coating operator • Norton County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Norton County, Kansas. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift.
