Horizontal milling machine operator — Richardson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Richardson County, Nebraska. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. You will set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
