Kitchen steward — Teungo

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Teungo, Adamawa State. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
