Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Baraga County, Michigan. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Requirements: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Day to day you will take site measurements of openings before fabrication; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
