RCC mason — Burke County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a RCC mason in Burke County, North Carolina. You will be based on a road and bridge project. On the job you will handle: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Performance bonus on top of base pay.
