Baker — Campbell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Campbell County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 1+ years on the tools preferred.
