Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
