Day to day you will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. What we are looking for: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Careful handling of tools and components 2+ years on the tools preferred.
