Join our team: concrete worker (Iowa)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete worker in Calhoun County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
