We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Markurdi, Benue State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Pay around ₦140,000 per month, based on your experience.
