Kitchen cook — Colusa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Colusa County, California. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 3+ years on the tools preferred.
