Electrical wireman — Lowndes County

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrical wireman in Lowndes County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy electrical contractor. You will read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays; install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working; test insulation resistance with a megger. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
