Immediate opening: rebar foreman (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Armstrong County, Texas. You will work at a precast concrete yard. You will form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. Requirements: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
