Mining dozer operator — Johnson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Johnson County, Nebraska. You will work at a land-clearing site. Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Your main tasks: • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
