Precision welder • Clearfield County, Pennsylvania

Great opportunity: we are hiring a precision welder in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. The role involves select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. You should have: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
