Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Red Willow County, Nebraska. You will work at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
