Lift installation engineer — Akwanga

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Akwanga, Nasarawa State. The job is in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Your main tasks: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Run load and overload tests with test weights Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Part-time with flexible hours.
