Plant operator wanted in Screven County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Screven County, Georgia. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Day to day you will dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
