Immediate opening: elevator technician (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator technician in Collin County, Texas. The job is in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Day to day you will wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
