The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints Ideal candidate: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
