Packing machine operator • Charlevoix County, Michigan

Great opportunity: we are hiring a packing machine operator in Charlevoix County, Michigan. You will work in a cold-storage packing unit. On the job you will handle: • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
