Vertical milling machine operator • Henry County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Henry County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Day to day you will hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
