Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Maury County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
